This position combines digital marketing creativity with financial accuracy to support our client’s operational efficiency. The Digital Marketing & Bookkeeping Specialist will manage both the agency’s social media presence through video content creation while maintaining accurate financial records and database management, ensuring smooth business operations across both creative and administrative functions.
The Impact you’ll make
Financial Management
Perform QuickBooks data cleanup and maintenance
Handle basic bookkeeping responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
Digital Marketing
Edit and post engaging videos across Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
Ensure content meets platform-specific requirements
Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all channels
Database Administration
Support HubSpot database management
Execute data entry tasks with precision
Maintain organized digital systems
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
Proven video editing skills
Experience with major social media platforms
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and HubSpot
Basic bookkeeping and data entry experience
Ability to work within EST business hours
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
