Masuvalley & Partners is a globally active intellectual property law firm with a strong presence in Asia, North America, and Europe. We support innovative companies with patent filings, trademark protection, anti-counterfeiting enforcement, and international IP strategy.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Client Support Specialist to join our team full-time. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, etc.)
Manage content on our website and marketing platforms
Provide timely support to existing and prospective clients
Create marketing materials such as newsletters, slides, and case studies
Coordinate webinars and online events
Track analytics and support lead generation strategies
Collaborate with cross-border legal and business teams
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, client service, or admin support
Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, WordPress
Organized, responsive, self-starter with attention to detail
Background or interest in intellectual property or legal services is a plus
