Endodontic Specialists of Northern Colorado (ESNC) is seeking a Dental Marketing Director based in Northern Colorado. This part-time position is designed for a self-driven individual passionate about connecting with both new and existing referring general dentist offices, nurturing relationships, and ensuring patients receive the best care possible.
What You’ll Do:
· Build and nurture trusted partnerships with referring doctors and their teams, focusing on both new and existing relationships.
· A significant portion of this role includes transportation to referring offices across Northern Colorado from Wellington to Greeley to Boulder. Mileage will be reimbursed
· Drive growth through structured daily, weekly, and quarterly plans developed with the Practice Administrator and Owner Doctor, ensuring alignment with practice goals.
· Host educational events, such as study clubs and workshops, that add value to referring practices.
· Organize appreciation events to strengthen referral relationships and celebrate collaboration.
· Act as the practice ambassador, engaging directly with referring partners, healthcare specialists, and their teams to enhance mutual success.
· Collaborate with internal team at ESNC to ensure seamless execution of referral engagement strategies.
What You Bring:
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to foster trust and collaboration.
· Experience in relationship management, marketing, or healthcare coordination (dental or healthcare experience preferred).
· Strong organizational abilities, with a strategic mindset and adaptability to meet evolving goals.
· A passion for creating meaningful, patient-centered partnerships that drive mutual success.
· Proficiency in leveraging technology, analytics, and reporting tools to optimize referral strategies.
