Job Summary: The Event Marketing Coordinator supports the Event Marketing Managers in the marketing efforts of various events in their respective industries. Drive event attendance by supporting event marketing efforts, support sales efforts and maximize attendee revenue. The Event Marketing Coordinator’s job is to execute all aspects of email and communication deployments including list management, e-mail blast development and deployment; and assisting with the coordination of trade agreements.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage list pull requests for email deployments
Schedule, test and execute email deployments in Omeda and provide tracking reports
Assist with coordinating trade agreements with media, associations, and other supporting organizations
Book ad space in print publications, e-newsletters, and website

Ability to be self-motivated to reach goals
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
1+ year in marketing related role
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
Some travel required.
We are excited to share that this position will be salary, or exempt, and the base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
