Hiring for an immediate start. Targeted earnings = $40,000 – $65,000 per year based upon skills and experience.

This position will heavily involve content creation, writing, drone video edit and/or shooting, and other creative development with the ultimate goal to increase our brand awareness and drive leads. The team member will also serve as a primary voice of our brand by developing and managing our social channels and public relations activities.

Job Responsibilities
Campaign management: plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns
· Keeps informed of company policies and procedures; answers related internal and external questions within authority
· Support business owners as needed
· Always represents the Elite Roof & Solar Brand in a positive way according to our defined brand elements. These include acting with professionalism, demonstrating expertise, and always being trustworthy and forthright to the customer.
Content creation: write copy for websites, social media, and other marketing materials. Edit pictures and videos for optimized digital placements.
Website: help optimize site for SEO, Maintain and update website as needed
Social media: Develop social media strategy, follower engagement, and influencer outreach objectives to drive growth. Manage social media accounts and create & execute content plans
Marketing strategy: develop and implement new marketing strategies
Brand management: ensure brand guidelines are followed and brand voice is consistent
PR: Plan and execute PR strategies to raise brand awareness
Reporting: analyze lead and sales data and prepare reports
Partner with our sales and leadership teams on content creation and education
Attend team meetings and sales trainings to keep up with the latest developments.
Escalates issues and exceptions to senior leadership when appropriate.
Skills and Qualifications

Market research and consumer behavior analysis
Copywriting and editing
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, efficiently and effectively solving problems
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRMs
Construction industry experience
Bachelors degree required

At the Hub, this individual will have a dedicated desk, but also will have the freedom to work anywhere within the open office environment and enjoy the benefits of this great shared office environment
