We are seeking a passionate writer and editor, looking to expand their career in marketing!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow their marketing skills through hands-on-experience. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will help our brand with our continued growth by writing engaging content.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing compelling content across a variety of mediums, including our social media channels, editorials for web and industry publications, press releases, developing and editing presentations and more!

The ideal candidate is detailed, organized, and driven to create engaging content for a growing industry brand!

Job Responsibilities

· Execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and our target audience.

· Create, edit, and publish compelling copy for social media, editorials, press releases, presentations as well as other sales support and marketing materials.

· Manage and maintain company social media accounts and engage with followers.

· Edit and proofread all content before it is published or distributed.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to endure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.

· Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Excellent writing, editing, and proof reading skills with attention to detail

· Excellent communications skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft office, PPT, XLS and Word, Adobe Acrobat

· Proficiency with social media platforms and other content management systems

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in content, social media management, event planning, in a marketing related field

· Experience using Canva to design posts and social media scheduling software is a plus.
