The Bond Between is looking to hire a part time Digital Marketing Coordinator who will execute and manage routine digital marketing initiatives. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to write compelling content. The Digital Marketing Coordinator generates digital content based on the Marketing Department’s direction and oversees a variety of digital communication strategies including email marketing, blog posts, and website SEO.
Responsibilities:
● Learn, then project and maintain the voice and personality of our organization in all content. Ensure that all organization communications are in step with organizational style.
● Generate, edit, and publish engaging written content weekly for The Bond Between blog.
● Create, edit, and send email newsletters according to the marketing campaign calendar (2-3 newsletters per week). Work with other members of The BB team to draft content when appropriate.
● Review and update website content to ensure optimized SEO.
● Work closely with the Marketing Director to execute the email marketing strategy.
● Evaluate and filter contact lists for use in email marketing campaign.
● Manage a team of volunteers (website admin and newsletter editor) to help achieve these goals.
In addition to the above-listed duties, you will be expected to attend quarterly staff meetings, monthly E-meetings, and a weekly check in with the Marketing Director. This position requires one weekday per week at our Minnetonka office in order to ensure connectivity to the organizational goals.
Additional duties be added by the Marketing Director consistent with your position, skills and experience.
Required Experience:
● Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar fiel
● 1-2 years marketing experience with a proven track record managing digital campaigns.
● Strong copywriting skills.
● Strong understanding of best practices and passion for crafting blog content.
● Experience planning and managing marketing calendars.
● Knowledge and understanding of email marketing best practices.
● Ability to work effectively across a wide range of internal teams, and produce on deadline in
fast-paced environment.
● Strong copywriting skills

● Passionate about animal rescue and saving lives!
● A keen eye for visual clarity in communications (layout, spacing, length).
● Ability to prioritize tasks for the greatest impact.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
