As an Inbound Specialist and Marketing Assistant at AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Centers, you will play a vital role in connecting patients with high-quality care while contributing to the growth and visibility of our services. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Scheduling & Support: Answer inbound calls to schedule new patient appointments, provide information on insurance coverage, and explain available services.
Appointment Management: Oversee patient appointment requests from all channels, including the company website, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and other digital platforms.
Online Presence Management: Update and maintain online directories to ensure accurate and consistent business information.
Social Media Engagement: Post content on social media platforms, interact with reviews, and foster positive online community interactions.
Campaign Assistance: Support internal marketing campaigns, contributing to strategy, execution, and tracking of results.
