Why this role exists
This position is essential for bringing structure and strategic direction to the brand’s marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist will independently manage and organize all marketing initiatives, from social media presence to e-commerce operations. This comprehensive role requires someone who can take full ownership of the marketing function, enabling the founder to focus on creative design and production while ensuring the brand’s digital presence is professionally managed and continuously growing.
The Impact you’ll make
Digital Marketing Leadership
Own and develop comprehensive marketing strategies
Lead social media presence and content creation
Manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution
Drive SEO optimization and ad campaign performance
E-commerce Operations
Take full responsibility for online store management
Handle product listings and inventory tracking
Maintain website functionality and content
Manage and analyze sales metrics
Content and Campaign Management
Create and schedule engaging social media content
Design marketing materials using Canva
Develop and execute email marketing strategies
Produce and optimize website content for SEO
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
Proven digital marketing background with demonstrated results
Hands-on e-commerce platform management experience
Strong track record in social media marketing
Working knowledge of SEO and online advertising
Experience with email marketing campaigns
Demonstrated organizational and systematic approach to work
History of independent project management
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
