Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive brand awareness and conversions in targeted regions.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights to improve effectiveness.
Optimization & ROI Enhancement: Continuously refine campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and enhance lead acquisition strategies.
Trend Analysis & Efficiency Improvement: Identify emerging trends and optimize campaigns for cost-per-click (CPC) and lead acquisition, ensuring high efficiency across targeted markets.
Reporting: Prepare performance reports to stakeholders
Testing & Experimentation: Conduct ongoing testing and experimentation to enhance digital marketing performance and effectiveness.
Collaboration with Media Advisors: Participate in review sessions with media platform advisors to gain insights, improve ad performance, and address campaign challenges.
Engagement Management: Handle advertisement inquiries and interactions in comment sections and messaging platforms to enhance audience engagement.
Billing & Documentation: Compiled and managed billing documents and invoices from various channels, ensuring proper documentation in SharePoint.
Budget & Spending Reports: Prepare and maintain a monthly advertisement spending report to track expenses and optimize budget allocation.
Marketing Support: Assist in other marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the marketing team.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data to track and improve ROI.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
