Join our dynamic team at a London-based head office specializing in real estate sales, concierge services, and travel. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies to elevate our real estate brand and services.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote real estate listings.
Write compelling property descriptions and design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, listings).
Manage online listings across various real estate portals and platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and understand customer preferences.
Define and reach target audiences through strategic campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Digital Marketing Expertise: SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, website analytics (Google Analytics), CMS tools.
Marketing Analytics: Strong skills in KPI tracking, competitor analysis, and data interpretation.
Content Creation: Copywriting, editing, and basic visual design for digital channels.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and budgeting skills.
Creative & Adaptive: Innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to market changes.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel when required for marketing campaigns, events, or property showcases.
Language knowledges: English; Azerbaijani; Russian; Turkish
