About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Generalist, you will be responsible for executing and delivering key marketing activities across SEO, paid ads, graphic design, content creation, social media, and more. You’ll be the go-to person for turning ideas into action, ensuring our marketing efforts areimpactfuland aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO and SEM Execution:
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement technical SEO improvements to boost organic search performance.
Set up, monitor, and adjust Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, including writing ad copy and managing budgets.
Content Creation and Graphic Design:
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, and social media graphics.
Write and edit engaging content for digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency.
Marketing Campaign Delivery:
Plan, set up, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and publish social media posts, responding to comments and messages to engage with our audience.
Monitor performance metrics and stay updated on trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Presentations, Proposals, and Brochures:
Prepare and update client-facing materials, such as polished proposals and eye-catching presentations.
Ensure materials are ready on time, meet brand standards, and effectively communicate value.
Analytics and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data from campaigns, SEO efforts, and paid ads to measure success.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve ongoing efforts.
Hands-On
Collaboration:
Work closely with theleadershipteam and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Be ready to assist with ad hoc projects and contribute wherever needed to support the team’s success.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:2-4 years in ahands-ondigital marketing role, ideally within a small business or similar environment.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
Soft Skills:
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
