This role is ideal for a well-networked professional who thrives in booking high-impact speaking engagements, securing top-tier podcast interviews, establishing strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships along with obtaining social media “shoutouts” with substantial reach. Cody is a visionary entrepreneur, speaker, and educator passionate about helping others create generational impact through real estate and personal development. Your role will be to amplify his message by leveraging “OPP” (other peoples platforms). We are looking for a rock-star that has a strong network in the real estate and land development industry.
Description
Key Responsibilities
Media & Partnership Outreach:
Develop and maintain a high-value target list of podcast hosts, media outlets, influencers, strategic partners, affiliates and event organizers relevant to Cody’s brand.
Proactively pitch Cody for guest appearances on industry-leading podcasts, events and media platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with his expertise and audience.
Manage relationships with podcast producers, journalists, affiliates and event coordinators to ensure long-term partnerships.
Coordinate pre- and post-interview promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
Cody’s upcoming Podcast:
Secure and Manage bookings for high-value guests who align with Cody’s mission and audience.
Coordinate recording schedules, production, and distribution in collaboration with the content and marketing teams.
Content & Brand Development:
Develop media-friendly narratives that highlight Cody’s expertise in land development, personal growth, and faith-driven entrepreneurship.
Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to repurpose podcast appearances and speaking engagements into digital content.

Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in media relations, podcast outreach, and partnership management, with a proven track record of securing high-profile placements.
Expertise in PR Outreach (3+ years in real estate preferred):
Expert in securing podcast interviews, speaking gigs, panel spots, and social media shoutouts.
Established relationships with event organizers, podcast hosts, and conference coordinators within real estate and entrepreneur spaces.
Ability to craft compelling speaker pitches & media kits that stand out.
Understanding of what makes a Thought Leader valuable to podcasts and event hosts & media platforms.
Strong Communication & Pitching Abilities:
Exceptional cold outreach & networking – securing opportunities through proactive relationship-building.
Ability to craft persuasive email pitches & proposals tailored to different event organizers.
Confident in handling negotiations (speaker fees, media exposure, exclusivity agreements).
Comfortable following up persistently without being pushy.
Media & Platform Positioning Strategy:
Experience in positioning a Thought Leader as an industry authority to attract high-profile bookings.
Ability to leverage social proof, past appearances, and testimonials to increase desirability.
Experience with press kits, speaker one-sheets, and media decks.
Social Media & Digital PR Acumen:
Ability to leverage social media to attract more booking opportunities.
Understanding of what makes a Thought Leader appealing for online events & live shows.
Strong grasp of digital-first PR strategies – getting the Thought Leader on webinars, live streams, YouTube panels, and IG Live interviews.
Knowledge of trending conferences, summits, and virtual stages in the Thought Leaders industry.
Event & Relationship Management:
Ability to develop long-term relationships with podcasts and event hosts, strategic partners, affiliates, influencers and media contacts.
Coordination with speaking bureaus, podcast agencies, and PR teams.
Experience in coordinating pre-event promotion & post-event media follow-up.
Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Strong CRM & tracking skills – managing pipelines of potential PR opportunities.
Ability to juggle multiple bookings and ensure a smooth schedule.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

Salary: Compensation is based on experience and skill level. Applicants are encouraged to provide their salary requirements when applying.
