Responsibilities
Manage accounts by building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive dynamics.

Requirements
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
Strong skills in lead generation and territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with technical sales processes and an understanding of technology products is highly desirable.
