You’ll manage our online presence, optimize digital campaigns, leverage automation to personalize marketing for members and potential prospects, and manage one direct report. From content management to data-driven strategy, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand and helping advance the digital-first strategy for the organization.
This position can be filled in our Antigo, De Pere, or New Lenox branches.

The final remuneration will be determined in accordance with CoVantage Credit Union standard practices, reflecting the successful candidates’ skills and experience. Job Duties
Lead and develop team, fostering professional growth in alignment with the credit union’s mission.
Manage the credit union’s website, overseeing design, functionality, chatbot, and landing pages.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, and digital banking advertising.
Analyze market trends and member behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
Oversee data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools to promote products and services.
Develop automated messages strategies, analyze results, and collaborate with vendors to enhance effectiveness.
Manage written content and messaging campaigns for the organization’s text platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
Digital Marketing Professional Certification is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution.
Proficiency in website CMS (Kentico preferred), SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI.
Strong data analysis skills, including campaign tracking and A/B testing.
Knowledge of email marketing, text messaging platforms, and digital advertising.
