We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and have strong video editing skills for platforms like Rednote and TikTok. A deep understanding of social media platforms and trends is essential for this role. You will play an integral part in helping us create engaging digital content and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Rednote.
Create, edit, and publish engaging short videos (30-60 seconds) tailored to each platform’s specifications.
Manage and grow social media accounts, creating content that appeals to a Mandarin-speaking audience.
Stay up to date with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital content with broader marketing objectives.
Provide general support for various digital marketing activities as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must.
Proven experience with video editing tools, especially for Rednote, TikTok, or similar platforms.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends.
Strong creative skills with an eye for engaging and relevant content.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Prior experience in digital marketing or content creation.
