The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing & Sales Team Lead in executing the company’s marketing plan by organizing and coordinating various marketing activities to ensure maximum results and a positive ROI. This role ensures all campaigns and projects are implemented efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
Key Results:
Ensure all marketing campaigns and projects are implemented correctly and according to plan, including adherence to timelines and budgets.
Maintain the company’s CRM list with at least 90% accuracy, ensuring correct and complete contact information, proper classification, and source attribution, while eliminating duplicates.
Primary Responsibilities:
Show up on time and work a full 8-hour day in the office.
Leads, moderates and actively participate in our Marketing EOS meeting.
Engages in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Assist in sourcing, contracting, and managing all vendors and 1099 contractors involved in marketing activities.
Maintain, build, and clean the company’s contact list in the CRM with error-free accuracy.
Oversee the people, processes, and productivity related to list building and list cleaning.
Manage the creation and production of all printed marketing collateral, including Shock-and-Awe materials, books, brochures, and business cards.
Provide weekly marketing reports to the CEO, detailing leads generated, sources, cost per lead, closed sales, conversion percentages, and ROI.
Organize and document all marketing campaigns, strategies, results, and assets within Microsoft Teams.
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and handling inbound leads.
Assist in the production and distribution of prospecting campaigns, both online and offline.
Oversee the inbound lead cleaning and follow-up processes to ensure proper qualification, tracking, and follow-up as per company procedures.
Maintain the company’s website to ensure all links and forms are functional and accurate.
Coordinate the production and distribution of company newsletters, blogs, and drip campaigns.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events such as seminars and trade shows, which may require occasional travel.
Manage the process of selecting and sending client gifts for referrals, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital marketing best practices.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role.
Experience in the education or IT industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and marketing automation software.
