Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic
and data-driven  Media (Digital) Planner & Buyer  with 4-5 years of experience to lead end-to-end media planning, strategy development and campaign execution across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on
expertise in managing  Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads, Affiliate Marketing  and utilizing tools like  Similar Web, SEMrush  and other media planning solutions to deliver
impactful
results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop comprehensive digital media strategies tailored to meet business objectives and target audience needs.
Create media plans with clear goals, budgets, channel mix and KPIs.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
Use tools like  Similar Web  and  SEMrush  to gain actionable insights into audience behavior and competitor strategies.
Campaign Management:
Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like  Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)  and  Marketplace Ads (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) .
Manage affiliate marketing campaigns by identifying partners, negotiating terms and tracking performance.
Analytics &
Optimization
:
Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
Analyze key metrics using tools like  Google Analytics, SEMrush, Similar Web  and other analytics platforms.
Collaboration
& Coordination:
Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad copies, visuals and messaging align with the media strategy.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(content, SEO, social media and development) to create integrated marketing solutions.
Reporting & Presentation:
Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Present campaign strategies, plans and results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Required
Skills & Experience:
Core Expertise:
-Proven
hands-on experience
managing  Google Ads, Meta Ads  and  Marketplace Ads .
-Strong understanding of  Affiliate Marketing  and managing partnerships.

Experience with
programmatic platforms  media planning & buying and  display advertising .
-Mobile  app growth & marketing  experience.
–
Hands on experience
on digital Ad operations, estimate creation, RO/PO release.
-Co-ordination with the finance team for billing and budget recon.
Analytical Tools:
-Proficiency with tools like  Similar Web ,  SEMrush ,  Google Analytics ,  Data Studio  and  Excel  for data analysis and reporting.
Strategic Thinking:
-Ability to develop ROI-driven strategies that align with business goals.
-Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting across channels.
