Noise New Media is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital advertising campaigns for our growing Comedy Division. This position is ideal for someone who excels at paid digital strategy, email marketing, and analytics—and is familiar with the unique demands of the live comedy industry.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will manage campaigns for comedy clubs, stand-up tours, and festivals, ensuring alignment with each comedian’s voice and audience while focusing on ticket sales and engagement.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned comedy clients
Develop, launch, and manage multi-platform digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
Develop and execute digital strategies to increase ticket sales for live stand-up comedy events and touring acts
Manage and optimize advertising budgets for maximum ROI
Collaborate with internal creative teams to generate ads aligned with comedians’ branding and show tone
Manage and segment email lists; create and execute effective email marketing campaigns
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
Coordinate with clients to gather creative assets and approvals
Stay up to date on trends in social media, short-form content, and streaming as they apply to comedy audiences
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience

Google Search & Display Ads
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Hive, Constant Contact, etc.)
Proficient in reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Experience in live event marketing or entertainment industries (comedy preferred)
Working knowledge of Photoshop for resizing and editing creative
Strong communication and time management skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Preferred Skills
Comedy industry marketing (clubs, touring acts, specials, or festivals)
Familiarity with event ticketing systems and sales reporting
Understanding of comedy audience demographics and digital behavior
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000
