JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Assist the digital marketing manager in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various social media platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools, to adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
Manage editorial/content calendar and ensure accurate and timely publishing of materials that aligns with brand voice and engages with target audiences effectively.
Assist the digital marketing manager in collaboration to paid media campaigns via platform and content strategy.
Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the community on social media platforms (OPPO Circle)Â forums, and company-owned channels.
Closely coordinate with the different departments to maximize digital platforms as an avenue to communicate not only brand, but also with the Retail and Aftersales teams.
Provide data-driven analysis and insights on digital content campaigns, platform management, and community management.
Develop monthly and quarterly digital and content platform performance with actionable insights
Competitor analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
Work on Consumer insighting to regularly update and sense-check actual target audience for current and upcoming campaigns.
Be in the know of the best and latest practices in digital marketing.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years’ experience in creating and managing social media content for multiple brands and similar roles
Has experience creating and managing social media content for multiple brands/retail/telecom/tech companies.
Detailed awareness of the digital industry, industry trends, consumer trends, market status and competition.
Experienced and knowledgeable in SEM campaigns.
Results driven – must be able to meet monthly targets.
Should have solid understanding of how each social media platform works and how to optimize content so that it’s engaging on those channels.
