Entry level Asministrative Assistant needed for the Marketing Director of a busy, growing food service company. Marketing background not required. This is a fast – paced environment, administrative assistant should be flexible and have a positive disposition. The ideal candidate will:
Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
Possess strong administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Possess interpersonal skills organization skills with an eagerness to learn.
Natural problem – solver who likes to take ownership of tasks and assignments
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point), and Google Workplace
Assist project management as needed.
Organize and maintain digital documents.
Track deadlines and facilitale communication on projects.
Be a liaison between management, company stakeholders and the Marketing Department fielding emails and calls.
Handle expense reporting, prepare agendas and Maintain office supply for the Marketing Department.
You will be expected to carry out other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties such as office supply orders, as needed.
This is not a remote position, must be able to work from Chester, NJ location.
This is a full -time position with excellent growth potential, hourly pay, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, optional overtime as needed.
