+ Marketing Coordinator and Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to showcase our listings, enhance our online presence, and support our agents in boosting their media visibility. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on our company’s growth through social media, listing marketing, and improving our online presence, particularly on Google Local Services Ads (LSA).

+ Essential Job Functions

Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote listings, events, and brand awareness.
Monitor and interact with followers to foster community engagement.
Use analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Listing Marketing

Assist in the creation of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, email campaigns) for property listings.
Ensure all listings are accurately presented across online platforms (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
Create virtual tours, high-quality photos, and videos to enhance listing presentations.

Agent Support

Help real estate agents develop their personal brand and online presence.
Coordinate the creation of promotional content for agents, including social media posts, bio pages, and email signatures.
Offer guidance and best practices on improving agents’ digital marketing strategies.

Boosting Google LSA Presence

Manage and optimize the company’s Google Local Services Ads (LSA) to increase lead generation and visibility.
Regularly review performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve ad effectiveness.
Work closely with the SEO team to ensure that listings are optimized for better visibility in local searches.

Content Strategy and Collaboration

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both individual properties and the overall brand.
Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and other content for the website and email campaigns.

Reporting and Analytics

Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and LSA results.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and recommend strategies for growth.

+ Education and Experience

Pay is based on Experience, however experience is not required.
Familiarity with social media platforms, advertising, and content management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge in Photoshop is not required, but ability and willingness to learn is necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
