Overview
The Director, Social & Affiliate Marketing will lead strategy across TrueLearn, APEX, and Picmonic affiliate programs and social media channels. This consists of Macro contract management, team management, affiliate payments, campaign management across social, and general social support.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead strategy for TrueLearn, APEX, Picmonic affiliate programs
Manage a growing team to hit individual, department, and company goals
Manage affiliate payments with accounting department each month
Manage, negotiate and facilitate affiliate contracts and terms
Organic social media strategy on both B2C/B2B
Source and close new affiliate and company partnerships to ensure growth in partnership channel
Manage business relationships with Picmonic Company and TrueLearn company partners including Payments, Renewals and contract fulfillment
Collaborate with marketing leadership to evolve processes, tools and systems to ensure the creation of consistent and innovative work
Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments team to bring everything from a launch, product announcement, promotion, or brand to our socialmedia followers and affiliate partners

The Skills Needed:

5 years of experience affiliate/influencer marketing
5 years of experience in organic social media marketing and community building
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong Negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as well at the ability to think beyond “best practices,” and what is typically done
Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
Positive action-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to interpret data, uncover trends, and present these trends to senior management
Ability to craft marketing messaging and positioning as well as digital marketing best practices to help affiliates/partners sell our products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
