Position Overview:Join our team at Contractor Dynamics, a leading marketing training company dedicated to helping roofing companies create predictable growth by bringing their marketing in-house. We are seeking a candidate who will help us drive impactful marketing strategies across social media, webinars, and paid ads to assist with client acquisition in our marketing department.
Location:Remote (US-based)
Job Type:Full-Time
Salary:$72,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
Develop data-driven client acquisition strategies in paid and organic channels.
Coordinate and optimize webinars, including automation and reporting.
Lead social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Oversee Meta ads campaigns and YouTube advertising strategies.
Collaborate with designers for creative content and ensure effective data tracking.
Criteria for Success:
Nonnegotiables:
2+ years of automation setup, 2+ years of funnel strategy, 3+ years in Meta ads, video content strategy, collaboration with graphic designers and video production staff, data reporting, and organic social media expertise.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL), tracking software troubleshooting, copywriting, and experience setting up and operating Zoom webinars.
