Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to help bring our mission to life. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives. This dynamic position involves content creation, social media management, event planning, and performance tracking, all with the goal of delivering a consistent luxury brand experience. This position will collaborate with our local marketing agency, and will be instrumental in growing our brand presence and engaging our community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Content Creation: Develop and curate content for social media, blogs, e-blasts, and website updates, with a focus on storytelling that conveys Change Everything’s affordable luxury positioning. This includes creating visuals in Canva, taking photos, and writing copy that aligns with brand standards.
Photography & Photo Editing: Manage photo editing tasks to ensure all visuals reflect brand consistency and a high-quality, luxury aesthetic. Use approved filters and editing guidelines to produce polished, professional imagery.
Social Media Content Creation & Management: Create content to schedule, monitor, and engage with posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Track engagement metrics and make adjustments based on performance, fostering a community that resonates with Change Everything’s affordable luxury identity.
Community Engagement: Proactively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, initiating conversations, and building relationships that enhance brand loyalty and create a high-quality customer experience.
Event Planning: Coordinate and promote in-store and offsite events that reinforce the brand’s luxury shopping experience. Develop exclusive experiences, such as VIP styling sessions and event-only discounts, to foster stronger connections with customers and trade partners.
SEO and Website Maintenance: Support SEO efforts by creating keyword-driven content for the website and blog. Ensure updates align with the brand’s identity, promote current promotions, and reflect affordable luxury product offerings.
Brand Consistency and Representation: Maintain consistency in the brand’s voice, tone, and aesthetic across all marketing channels. Ensure all marketing materials embody Change Everything’s affordable luxury positioning.
Performance Tracking and Analytics: Regularly review engagement metrics, collaborate with the marketing agency to adjust content strategies, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and sales. Track monthly KPI progress and Status in Monday.com

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in furniture and home décor retail
Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to drive sales and engagement.
Experience with email marketing.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graphic Design experience is required, with proficiency in creating attractive marketing materials using tools like Canva.
