Job Description:
As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to expand our customer base. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for both sales and creative marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and retailers to generate sales.
Identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
Conduct product presentations and provide recommendations based on client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in the building materials industry preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and branding.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to travel locally as needed for client meetings and events.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
