Purpose of Role
This role will contribute to the effective execution of marketing strategies and provide valuable research insights that support the company’s commercial real estate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
● Conduct face-to-face, voicemail, and email interactions to fulfill owner’s marketing and administrative tasks.
● Utilize CRM for updating customer records, notes, and property information.
Manage Marketing Efforts:
● Design property brochures with photos, maps/aerials, zoning details, frontage, and area traffic count.
● Create advertisements, maps, and subject photos for various marketing materials.
● Design and execute property eBlasts, responding to and providing information to potential prospects.
● Send out daily eBlasts and post brochure links on all social media sites.
● Brainstorm ideas for the CR Properties Group, LLC website.
● Update, track, and design content for all social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
● Handle large distribution lists via the U.S. Mail.
Targeted Research:
● Conduct research on marketing channels through social media sites.
● Download property spreadsheets via Real Info for organized research to support direct target marketing and cold calls.
● Conduct in-depth research using various websites to locate correct property owners.
Listing Management:
● Update and manage listings on various sites.
● Check for existing records or create records for companies found in real estate publications.
Data Analysis:
● Process Sales Reports.
● Analyze net lease properties.
Communication and Coordination:
● Answer phones, process calls accordingly, and send calls to the call list.
● Perform general bookkeeping and electronically file emails.
● Process, edit, and effectively distribute property brochures and confidentiality agreements.
Property Support:
● Connect private equity firms, regional buyers, and local investors to our brokers’ property networks.
Skills & Competencies
● Familiarity with CRM systems.
● Experience in designing marketing materials and property brochures.
● Knowledge of graphic design software for creating advertisements and marketing materials.
● Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
● Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to write engaging and effective content for marketing materials.
● Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, eBlasts, and social media management.
● Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
● Flexibility to assist in various administrative and marketing tasks.
● Capable of working collaboratively with team members and supporting shared goals.
● Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
● Basic understanding of real estate terms, transactions, and property types.
● Familiarity with industry publications and databases.
● Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
● Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
● Familiarity with comparable sales reports and real estate mapping software.

Qualifications
● Experience in administrative or marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Working Arrangements
This position requires on-site presence Monday through Friday, adhering to a schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. There may be instances where occasional remote work is deemed necessary or permissible, provided it is communicated in advance and authorized by the Principal Owner.
