Job Description:
The Digital Engagement and enablement Leader is responsible for defining the digital marketing strategy and E2E customer journey for our Industrial Distributor go- to- market . This leader will closely collaborate with Commercial, Business, GM, and DCE teams to create digital marketing and sales enablement strategies that support our IA strategic initiatives and deliver digital experiences that drive our partners growth and preference for Client . Annual planning will be driven by key business metrics for sales and marketing which include brand awareness, demand generation, marketing generated and influenced revenue via internal tools.
• Supports the marketing strategy for industrial distributors, aligned with IA strategic vision and Commercial and business goals
• Drives the global E2E digital customer journey for Industrial Distributors, working with business stakeholders, to create content, touchpoints, and messaging to help achieve golden KPIs – i.e., Engagement, Commercial Impact, Brand
• Collaborates closely with the with System Integrator Marketing leader to create and support marketing synergies that drive program success and penetration in key segments and geographies
• Harmonize digital touchpoints across IA Alliance partner programs – web strategy, training, communication, country animation
Experience desired:
• Strong digital marketing strategy, planning, and campaign background
• Understanding of customer persona, journey mapping and message development
• Well-versed in digital analytics and how to use data to make better decisions
• Researching and tracking market trends to remain stay on top of industry developments
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven project management experience
• Self-driven, confident, team player, enthusiastic, direct, detail-oriented, curious, and creative.
