Key Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will assist in various areas:
Event Promotion amp; Coordination: Help with planning, organizing, and promoting events to ensure maximum engagement and seamless execution.
Client Engagement: Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring smooth communication throughout the planning process.
Brand Representation: Assist with brand management to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand presence at events, contributing to the success of promotional activities.
On-Site Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
Marketing Material Preparation: Assist in preparing event-specific marketing presentations and materials to promote events and the firm’s services.
Logistics Support: Manage event logistics, ensuring that event setups and operations meet expectations.
