Franco Restorations provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Franco Restorations professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.
Position: Marketing and Sales
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours
Compensation:
Strong base salary
Commission
Negotiable Pay for those with experience
PTO, sick days and paid holidays
Cell phone, computer/Ipad and vehicle provided by company
Reports To: Owner
Territory: Raleigh and surrounding areas
Summary:
To promote the services of Franco Restorations
To build industry relationships
To generate leads
To close sales
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with Potential clients and organized events
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis
Must not be afraid of a crawlspace (PPE provided)

Strong verbal and written communications

Project management and multitasking capability
Strong organizational skills
Restoration Sales Experience a plus

Qualifications
Strong sales background
Restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal but not required
Compensation: $40k – $120k a year
