Job Purpose:
Responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies to increase e-store sales by managing advertising campaigns, enhancing customer experience, analyzing data to extract actionable insights, and providing periodic reports to improve performance and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with existing and potential customers via WhatsApp messages and email to enhance relationships and drive sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support to ensure an excellent user experience.
Design and execute advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to increase sales and boost brand engagement.
Conduct SEO research, including keyword analysis, to improve the e-store’s visibility in search engine results.
Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers and affiliate marketing stores to expand customer reach.
Identify and target new customer segments by implementing tailored marketing campaigns that address their needs and interests.
Develop and implement seasonal marketing plans for special occasions and holidays to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Manage and update e-store content, including adding new products and optimizing their display for an enhanced shopping experience.
Conduct competitor analysis and evaluate their marketing strategies, providing detailed reports to support decision-making.
Collect and analyze customer data and e-store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the shopping experience.
Perform any other related tasks as required by the role and company needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
Experience from 2 : 5
Proficiency in Design program
Experience with SEO and SEM, Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
