Summary of Position:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in ads management and data analytics, your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and improve ROI.Â
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, CPAS, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target audiences for each advertising campaign, ensuring precise targeting for maximum impact.
Collaborate with the creative team and content management team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and multimedia content that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across campaigns to achieve desired results within cost constraints.
Utilize analytics tools (e,g., Facebook Analytics) to track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement conversion tracking mechanisms and strategies to optimize campaigns for lead generation, sales, or other desired outcomes.
Monitor competitor ad strategies, industry trends, and best practices to stay informed and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights effectively to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager
Solid knowledge of paid ads (ex. Google, Viber, FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and the likes)
Familiarity with ad tracking and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital media or relevant field
At least 1-2 years relevant experience
