About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes social media, understands how to build a buzz, and knows how to turn content into conversation. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to create high-impact digital content that not only looks good – but drives engagement, builds community, and gets people talking.
You’ll lead our social media presence across platforms, develop content that showcases our work and values, and help us build a brand that people want to follow. You’ll also play a key role in planning and executing internal and external events that bring our culture to life – from company socials to recruiting and community events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create, edit, and publish original content (videos, reels, carousels, graphics, etc.) tailored to each platform.
Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key initiatives and keeps our channels active and engaging.
Produce real stories, real people, and real impact by collaborating with clinical and operational teams.
Track engagement metrics and use data to refine strategy and boost performance.
Jump on relevant trends while staying true to the brand voice.
Manage community interaction – respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, professional tone.
Plan and coordinate company events including employee socials, recruiting events, and other community-facing opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership and support teams to ensure events align with brand messaging and operational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content creation.
Proven ability to create compelling content (especially short-form video).
Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, tools, and algorithms.
Confident with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and scheduling platforms like Later or Buffer.
Excellent writing skills — clear, concise, and always on-brand.
Organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing events and timelines.
Comfortable taking initiative, owning projects, and moving fast.
Able to balance creative ideas with data-driven decisions.
Bonus Points For:
Experience managing accounts with a high level of visibility or engagement.
Background in healthcare, education, or service-based industries.
Event planning or hospitality experience.
Photography, videography, or on-camera presence.
