As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital platforms. Your expertise will help shape and optimize campaigns that make a measurable impact, while collaborating with creative minds to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels.
Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and fine-tune strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including blogs, videos, and infographics.
Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and authentic brand messaging.
Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and uncover new opportunities.
Stay on top of competitors’ strategies and continuously monitor digital marketing activities in the industry.
Keep up with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to drive success.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving results.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mail Chimp, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Creative Suite (an asset).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms, with an eye for the latest trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create compelling content.
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A creative, innovative mindset, and the drive to solve problems in fresh and exciting ways.
