We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead various aspects of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the digital marketing lead, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives, creative excellence, and budget efficiency.
In this role, you will manage digital campaigns, support ecommerce initiatives, and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Your responsibilities will also include agency management, process improvement, and administrative tasks related to digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. POSITION INFO :
Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or related
Minimum applicable experience (years) : 5 years
Required nature of experience :
Business to Consumer marketing.
Experience in international markets.
Creating, monitoring & optimizing various digital campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Google, You Tube, e-commerce platforms, 3rd party remarketing platforms, etc.
Reporting and navigating GA4.
Analyzing and reporting on campaign data.
Set up and testing of goals and conversion tracking.
Skills and Knowledge (essential) :
GA4.
Thorough understanding of conversion tracking systems.
Digital target markets / audiences and campaign KPIs
Predict campaign performance, based on previous experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
Excellent analytical and cross-functional communication skills
Google Tag Manager (desirable)
Experience in Marketing Cloud intelligence / Marketing automation (desirable)
