The Role
We seek a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual passionate about shaping and executing dynamic marketing strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Implementation: Actively contribute to the development of marketing campaign strategies and take charge of their hands-on execution.Social Media Management: Oversee our brand’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.Creator Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify our brand’s reach and impact.Content Management: Spearheaded content initiatives by scheduling and publishing captivating content that speaks to our audience’s interests and needs.Qualifications
Industry Acumen: A solid grasp of the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing realm, preferably within the furniture or related industries.
Creative Skills: Fundamental copywriting and graphic design capabilities.
Brand Insight: The ability to comprehend and incorporate the LuxenHome brand perspective into daily marketing activities.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail coupled with a knack for creativity.
Learning Agility: A commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of trends and innovations in the furniture industry.
Community Engagement: A genuine curiosity and willingness to engage with the home decor and furniture communities.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Min 1 year experience in DTC Brand Marketing, Home & Furniture industry preferred
Skills Required
Proficiency with
Meta Business Suite,
Google Suite (including GA4, Google Ads, etc.),
Microsoft Office.
Experience with GRIN or other similar Influencer CRM tools.
Entry to mid-level proficiency with graphic design tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suites, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month
