Digital Marketing Specialist (Ecommerce – Shopify) Jobs in Remote at Eternal Jewelry

We are currently seeking a high-performance Marketing Virtual Assistant with demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, and event planning to join our candidate pool for upcoming opportunities. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who can think and operate at a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) level, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing systems that deliver results.

Important: This is not an immediate hiring opportunity. We are building a referral and project-based candidate pool for internal needs and those of our strategic partners. Selected applicants will be considered for future engagements as opportunities arise.

Position Summary

This is a strategic and creative role, not an entry-level position. We are looking for a candidate who is not only capable of executing day-to-day marketing tasks but can also contribute to high-level planning, campaign design, brand elevation, and event coordination. You will play a central role in growing digital visibility, enhancing brand positioning, driving lead generation, and managing events that amplify business presence both online and offline.

The ideal candidate should be both a visionary and a doer—someone who thrives on big-picture thinking while also mastering execution and performance optimization.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management

Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
Conduct market research to inform content direction, campaign structure, and audience segmentation
Create performance-driven marketing plans across paid media, content, email, and social channels
Track KPIs and provide actionable reporting for continuous strategy improvement

Branding & Content Development

Manage and evolve brand voice, style, and identity across platforms
Create compelling marketing materials, promotional content, landing pages, and social assets
Write and edit persuasive copy for email campaigns, web pages, blogs, and scripts
Ensure brand consistency across all communication and customer touchpoints

Event Planning & Coordination

Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including launches, workshops, webinars, and brand activations
Develop event marketing materials and manage promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
Oversee logistics, scheduling, and event communications in alignment with marketing goals
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure a seamless event experience

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Conduct A/B testing on creatives and targeting to improve CPA and lead quality
Set up and monitor retargeting campaigns to maximize ad performance
Build dashboards and reports to analyze ROI and identify scaling opportunities

Sales Funnel & CRM Automation

Build and optimize funnels using platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, and Leadpages
Set up automated workflows and lead nurture sequences in CRMs
Ensure all leads are tracked, followed up, and moved through the funnel efficiently

Social Media & Community Engagement

Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
Create and edit short-form video content that drives engagement and conversions
Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and community discussions

Email, SMS, & Messaging Campaigns

Write, schedule, and optimize email sequences and newsletters
Implement SMS and WhatsApp marketing automation
Monitor open, click, and conversion rates, adjusting strategy as needed

Strategic marketer with a keen eye for branding, messaging, and user experience
Proactive and performance-focused, with a passion for producing measurable results
Highly creative with strong storytelling and content development skills
Able to take initiative, think critically, and manage complex marketing workflows
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Required Skills & Experience

2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, campaign management and marketing strategies
Demonstrated experience in event planning, coordination, and promotion
Proficiency with ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) and campaign optimization
Hands-on experience with marketing funnels and automation tools (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, Leadpages)
Strong copywriting, social media, and short-form video creation skills
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or GoHighLevel
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in industries such as consulting or financial services
Working knowledge of SEO and organic content strategy
