Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Industry  We are looking for a

dynamic

and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, enhancing

customer engagement

, and optimizing campaign performance. This role requires

hands-on experience

with social media, advertising platforms, and CRM tools tailored to real estate marketing needs.

Responsibilities:  Inventing new marketing techniques and must have knowledge about the Dubai market.

The Ideal Candidate

should be responsible for growing revenue through digital marketing campaigns. Doing marketing research and analysis in order to generate relevant marketing data and assess trends. Creating and writing reports relating to an ongoing marketing campaign’s key performance indicators (KPIs). The Candidate must be quick and creative. Designing marketing collateral that is both entertaining and grammatically correct. Keeping an eye on marketing trends and analyzing client behavior to uncover business prospects.

Identifying advertising possibilities and placing ads in the right media (Social Media).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads, sponsored campaigns, and remarketing strategies.  Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems. Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends and customer behavior.

Excellent

and the ability to multitask.  Job Type:  Full-time Pay:  AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:  Dubai:
