Carousel Checks Inc. is a leader in check printing industry, offering high-quality check products to our customers. We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of key marketing channels, including PPC, email, affiliate, SEO, and Amazon marketing. This is a pivotal onsite role, as you will be stepping into a position currently managed by a key team member who is retiring.

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of our online marketing strategy, including paid advertising, email campaigns, affiliate programs, Amazon advertising, and SEO. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, improving ROI, and ensuring the health and performance of all digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Advertising:

Plan, implement, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Conduct keyword research, manage bidding strategies, and create compelling ad copy to maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and generate detailed performance reports.

Email Marketing:

Oversee the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns for all brands.
Develop and refine segmentation strategies to ensure targeted, personalized messaging.
Implement weekly email promotions and track the effectiveness of remail strategies.
Optimize email deliverability and maintain clean email lists to improve open and click rates.

Affiliate Marketing:

Manage affiliate partnerships across networks like ShareASale, CJ, AvantLink, and LinkShare.
Monitor affiliate performance, ensure compliance, and address fraud proactively.
Develop strategies to attract high-quality affiliates and expand the program’s reach.

Amazon Advertising:

Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
Analyze ACOS metrics and implement strategies to improve ROI and sales growth.
Collaborate with product teams to enhance listings, including title optimization, descriptions, and images.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and tags for search engines.
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues like broken links, slow page speeds, and mobile usability problems.
Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to monitor site health and performance.

Website Optimization:

Collaborate with the web development team to enhance site performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Monitor website for errors such as broken links, duplicate content, or missing meta descriptions.
Ensure all digital assets align with SEO and user experience best practices.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Create detailed monthly and quarterly reports to share insights with leadership.
Use data-driven strategies to refine campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration and Strategy:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product development, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in PPC, email, affiliate, Amazon, and SEO.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Amazon Seller Central.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ROI targets across multiple marketing channels.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with content marketing and copywriting.
Knowledge of website performance optimization tools like GTmetrix or Lighthouse.
Certification in Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, or SEO platforms.
Familiarity with affiliate fraud prevention tools and best practices.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
