Job Description:

Nashville Digital Group is seeking an experienced  Digital Marketing Team Leader  to oversee and manage our Pune, India branch. This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies, team management, and client handling to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Oversee the planning, implementation, and

optimization

of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring their marketing needs and expectations are met.

Assign tasks, monitor team workload, and ensure timely project delivery.

Utilize the Wix platform for website development, updates, and maintenance.

Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to improve marketing strategies.

Stay

up-to-date

with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Strong understanding of the Wix platform.

Excellent

leadership

and team management skills.

Ability to assign and track team tasks effectively.

Strong client

communication

and

problem-solving

abilities.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a

fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a digital marketing

leadership

role.

Experience in managing multiple client projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
