• Salary scale – 30k to 60k per month
• This is a WORK-FROM OFFICE position.
• The office is in DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon.
•
Working hours:
9 AM to 7 PM
• 2nd & 4th Saturdays are off
• 21 Days Annual Leave
• 18-24 days of Festival Holiday Calendar
• There are no options to
work from home
or remotely
• We do not work with freelancers.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.
Develop training materials and resources tailored to various audience levels.
Be able to assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
Should stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance training content continually.
Needs to collaborate with the marketing team to align training with current business goals and strategies.
Conduct workshops and webinars to expand our training reach.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on training or
education
preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
Excellent presentation and
communication skills
.
Ability to engage and inspire a
diverse
audience.
Experience in creating training content and materials is a plus.
