Overview:

As the Digital Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating an effective shopping and browsing experience for our customers with goals of driving high customer engagement with product level promotions, improving overall category sales volume. You will be collaborating on and implementing the online merchandising strategy, optimizing product listings, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and own a comprehensive merchandise assortment strategy for WGACA, considering customer preferences, market channel differentiation, margin impact, and sales data

Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sell-through rates, and other key performance indicators

Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to maximize sales and minimize excess stock

Partner with buying & planning team to communicate product demands, trends, and replenishment

Manage category sales and conversion growth via product selection and placement across site, marketing initiatives, email and promotions

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of seasonal edits, and promotions ensuring timely and accurate implementation

Create and execute category specific site merchandising optimizations, determining the attribute structure, navigation pathways and landing experiences to best drive product discoverability and presentation

Partner with ecommerce & marketing team to design homepage layout updates on a monthly basis

Analyze on-site search trends to propose strategic enhancements for on-site merchandising to drive traffic and conversion

Conduct regular site audits, ensuring best in class experience; product selection, placement, and site navigation

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (e.g. content teams, planning, digital marketing, and customer service) and vendors; promptly respond to all communications and collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Stay informed about industry best practices, competitor activities, and emerging trends in ecommerce and website merchandising, incorporating relevant insights into strategy development

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working in Digital Merchandising or similar digital role, preferably in accessories & apparel

Ability to manage catalogs with 9k+ SKU’s

Strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills are required

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Experience in Salesforce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Marketing Cloud, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe and other digital merchandising platforms & tools

Experience and interest in using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious and solutions-oriented
