JOB PURPOSE:

Develop and manage the execution of business-to-patient and business-to-business digital marketing and digital patient experience strategies and efforts, in a manner that supports business growth, for all assigned Piedmont entities, which includes overall system, hospitals, service lines, programs, and physician groups. Works with operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for the organization, within the overall digital patient experience, internally branded as the The Piedmont Way. Manages marketing and digital patient experience automation, digital marketing technology stacks, campaign performance reporting, and analysis. Reports to the Director, Digital patient Experience.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, digital transformation or related field required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in marketing, marketing tech stack and Customer Experience.
