Position:  Digital & Product Marketing Lead (B2B Saas Startup)

A growing B2B SaaS startup is looking to hire a Digital & Product Marketing Head. If you are looking to get great exposure and learning to lead overall marketing then this could be a great opportunity.

– This role requires someone with proven expertise in B2B SaaS Product Marketing to drive marketing strategy and align it with business and revenue goals for them.

– You will lead the end-to-end product journey from product management to customer success functions at a global level.

– You will be responsible for leading and shaping the marketing strategy for the products, GTM plans, and ensuring that the value propositions resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.

Please note:

To be considered for this role you must have led marketing initiatives for a B2B SaaS Start-up and have at least 5 Years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS Product.

– You must have worked for Global Markets with major focus on US Market.

This is an office based role and needs someone who is comfortable working from Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute   product marketing strategies   to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

– Build competitive positioning strategy in the target markets.

– Drive   demand generation through data-led acquisition and content marketing   to build a strong sales pipeline.

– Optimize digital channels and align with Sales to refine lead generation and achieve revenue goals.

– Lead   marketing strategy  , manage resources, and build a high-performing team.

– Track k  ey metrics, optimize strategies with data insights  , and drive thought

leadership

content.

– Manage agency partnerships and influencer relationships to maximize ROI and strengthen brand positioning.

To fit the bill, you must have:

– 10+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in   B2B SaaS product marketing  .

– Proven success in product launches and scaling marketing in high-growth SaaS start-up

– Experience in developing product marketing assets from a business and end user point of view

– Strong

analytical skills

and have expertise in

data-driven decision-making

– Led Marketing strategy, customer research & competitive analysis.
