Job Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Digital & Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth. This role is a hybrid of digital and product marketing, demanding a strategic enabler who can blend data-driven tactics with innovative brand positioning. You’ll be instrumental in launching and scaling our products, driving market penetration, and optimizing customer acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy:Â Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansion, driving pipeline growth through paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
Performance Marketing:Â Lead and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Product Marketing & Positioning:Â Own product marketing strategy, including competitive analysis, differentiation, and crafting compelling narratives. Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies) and lead product launches.
Full-Funnel Optimization:Â Optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted marketing strategies, continuously A/B testing and experimenting with new demand-generation tactics.
Data Analysis & Reporting:Â Analyze and interpret marketing data to improve campaign performance and ROI, translating customer insights into actionable strategies.
Content & Brand Management:Â Manage content development, design, and production of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and awareness.
Collaboration & Partnerships:Â Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams for seamless marketing execution and identify strategic partnerships to expand reach.
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience in a startup environment, ideally with both SaaS B2B digital and product marketing experience.
Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies and full-funnel marketing.
Deep expertise in paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and SEO.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of content marketing, social media growth strategies, and lead nurturing.
Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and translate customer insights into compelling narratives.
Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales teams.
Excellent communication, project management, and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage outsourced agency partners and suppliers.
Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, and/or Explaindio is a plus.
