Job Description: Promote and sell mitigation services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits.

Responsibilities:

Develop long term relationships with pertinent Centers of Influence throughout service area
Provide explanation of benefits related to emergency event preparation
Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration option in our market
Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
Monitor and pursue mitigation opportunities as they arise
Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer / COI needs are met on a consistent basis
Schedule, plan and execute marketing events
Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals

Qualifications:

Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
Ability to successfully complete a background check , clean driving record is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,110.00 – $89,294.00 per year
