The Role:

Palette is looking for a Digital Talent Manager to own a portion of our day-to-day client management roster. The Digital Talent Manager will be tasked with shaping and building our creators’ career trajectories. We want someone who will not only care for the well-being and growth of our creators, but also can perform with precision under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day manager for a select number of Palette creators — including deal flow, deliverables, press opportunities, general requests, etc.

Discern and prioritize potential brand partnerships for a given creator, with an eye on both the short-term and long-term potential impacts to a creator’s business

Attend stand up meetings (12.30pm ET / 9.30am PT) with Digital Talent Team, along with creator regroup meetings on a recurring basis, depending on the creator. In these meetings, the Manager will come prepared with talking points in conjunction with the Digital Talent Coordinator of the respective creator.

Negotiate pay rates, deliverables, and expectations with partners on behalf of the creator

Managing a talent coordinator and being responsible for check in meetings, daily work and providing guidance as they progress into their careers

Actively respond across the various channels of communication

Scout, recruit, and eventually sign new creators to add to their own roster

Keep up with the latest social media trends such as, but not limited to, news stories, memes, trending sounds, etc.

Maintain an organized process and structure

Qualifications

3-4+ years of digital talent management experience

Superb communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Has a passion for TikTok and other social platforms

High attention to detail and very organized

A positive attitude and keen team player

The ability to work within strict branding guidelines

Working knowledge of Google Workspace. Trello and Canva knowledge a plus
