Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be in charge of all the guest experiences of the restaurant. You will be in charge of upholding the brand and growing sales, while making connections to the community. This role is an in person role.

Develop an annual marketing plan that coincides with the business model
Oversee all social media and digital marketing for the restaurant
Appearance of the restaurant

Collaborate with all restaurant departments to grow sales
Analyze reports to understand what the guests needs are

You will be expected to create connections with the guests during busy periods
You will be expected to work 1-2 nights a week until 8pm.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing from a 2 or 4 year school or 5 years experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with a team
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
