Core Responsibilities:
Proposal Support: Assist in preparing and assembling proposals, including gathering required documents, formatting, and ensuring timely submission.
Consultant Coordination: Communicate with consultants to collect and update resumes, licenses, certifications, and other necessary qualifications.
Administrative Support: Manage clerical tasks such as document organization, filing, and maintaining company records.
Database Management: Keep consultant and firm credentials up to date, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Scheduling & Communication: Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external consultants.
Marketing Assistance: Help maintain marketing materials, company resumes, and project profiles for use in proposals and presentations.
Core Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Communications.
Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
Outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective time management and self-motivation.
Professional networking skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Physical ability to attend events and travel as needed (50% out-of-office time).
Physical Demands:
Light physical effort required; regular sitting, standing, reaching, and bending.
You must have your own vehicle for transportation.
