Direct Sales & Marketing Representative Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and the community, ensuring satisfaction, driving sales, and supporting marketing endeavors for our clientele.
Maintain a deep understanding of our client’s products or services to provide accurate information, drive sales, and assist in marketing campaignoptimization.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Attend training sessions and company meetings with Direct Sales & Marketing Representative team to stay updated onproduct knowledge,sales techniques, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to track sales, marketing contributions, and performance metrics.
Direct Sales & Marketing Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or related experience is preferred but not required.
Proven interpersonal skills.
Flexibilityto adapt and remain calm around changing customer needs and sales and marketing requirements.
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
Adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and standards.
